Registration procedure

Registration to the LIAISON-ISHTAR workshop takes place in two steps: the pre-workshop and the workshop (or in-situ) phase.
Pre-workshop phase includes:
Submission via fax of completed and signed registration form.

Card validity check and reservation of the amount (registration fee).
Workshop phase takes place in-situ at the registration desk, before entering the workshop room, and includes:
Sign of bank receipt by the participant and final charge of the participant's credit card.
Provision of registered participants with the workshop materials which include: the participant's badge, the workshop bag, the proceedings cd, brochures and leaflets, coupons for lunches and social cocktail.
Student Registration is free of charge and includes only participation to the workshop sessions and coffee breaks, excluding workshop materials, lunches and social cocktail.
